Boundary surveys
Original boundaries can be re-established from Deed Plans and marked out on site.
Boundaries from several Deed Plans can be accurately scanned and compiled on a single plan indicating easements and encroachments.
A Boundary Survey of a parcel of land prior to purchase or development can avoid a later expensive dispute.

Topographic Survey
Topographic surveys
Surveys can be carried out in either 2D plan or 3D as a DTM (Digital Terrain Model). Survey teams operate Trimble Robotic Total Stations or GPS systems enabling rapid and accurate data acquisition.
Final results are generally output in AutoCAD but can be XYZ’s , MOSS GENIO or the clients preference.
Each survey is tailored to the clients requirements surveying as much detail as required.

As-built Survey
As built surveys & revisions
As built surveys are carried out to provide a record of what has actually been constructed. This will often differ from the proposed scheme.
Surveys can be used for Land Registry purposes. Often surveys just need to be revised – not completely resurveyed.
