For over 10 years PM Consultants have provided CCTV drainage surveys along side major utility companies surveying and providing information about surface & foul water pipelines and sewer systems.

Using this experience and knowledge, we have now invested in our own CCTV drainage survey camera equipment.

This has made us unique as we can now provide a professional land surveying service with the option to go a step further to include a full drainage survey.

The CCTV drainage survey by PM Consultants can include any of the following :-

Sewers can be accurately traced at ground level and then mapped as part of a survey or pegged out on site. This eliminates any guesswork and can be essential for planning applications, sewer diversions or easement applications or when the route of the sewer is unknown.

Compiling a CCTV camera survey - viewing and recording the internal condition of the pipe, identifying and positioning of blind saddles, buried manholes, cracked pipes, slipped joints, root ingress and other existing and potential problems.
